If necessary, we will design and build a dedicated machine for an ongoing special requirement. We are open to jobs of any size and we stock or can get spools in a variety of sizes and materials.

We usually charge based on a combination of the length of material wound onto a spool or coil and the practical speed we can set our machines to for the job. There is also a setup charge each time we run a job and charges for any special tooling that might be required.
We can, but the customer usually provides the material that is to be wound.
Yes. We have a variety of spools in stock that can often meet the requirements of a job. We also have several sources for unique spools if needed.
We usually have at least four machines available for handling a variety and volume of winding jobs.
