DigiSpooler II with LEVEL-TRU Technology
Perfect level wind spooling has always been difficult to achieve – until now! Showmark is pleased to introduce LEVEL-TRU Technology for the DigiSpooler II. LEVEL-TRU augments the already precise motions of the DigiSpooler by proactively correcting the path of the wire onto the spool as it winds. The result is true level winding onto spools with perfect rows and layers with neat turnarounds at the flanges. The system runs at speeds up to 400rpm and is effective with almost any sized wire or filament. All materials have distinct characteristics, so each application must be individually evaluated.
Description
The DigiSpooler II with LEVEL-TRU Technology is able to produce spools of fine wire at high speeds with perfect rows and layers, including at the flanges.
