The Showmark UniSpooler general-purpose respooler has been designed to meet the needs of big and small companies. It's automatic - unlike manual rewinders, your valuable employees can perform other productive tasks while wire is being spooled. The UniSpooler is even smaller than other respoolers! The UniSpooler is a versatile yet easy-to-use tabletop system for automatically re-spooling fiber or wire from a supply spool to a take-up spool.

No tools are required, and almost any size supply and take-up spools can be attached in seconds with our unique "Universal Hub System."

Just flip a switch.

In Automatic mode, simply enter a desired length, up to 100 kilometers, into the digital display. The UniSpooler smoothly accelerates up to the set speed and stops automatically at the set length.

The DigiSpooler is a precision tabletop respooler designed for optical fiber and other fine wires and filaments. It has many standard features and options including: Touchscreen Interface, Active Closed-Loop Tension Control, Recipe Storage, Password Protection, English or Metric Display, Bi-Directional and Reversible Winding, Wire Break Detection, CE-Mark, and many others. Designed with a micron precision moving takeup, and optional moving payoff, it produces neat and even layers of material onto a spool or mandrel without twisting or adding stress to the product. It is a fully programmable system that can be customized for your specific winding application.

The ErgoSpooler is a fully customizable system designed for precision winding applications where an operator's assistance or monitoring is required. It is designed to be comfortable for an operator to sit at for long periods of time. The ErgoSpooler is a PC based system that includes all of the features of the DigiSpooler with the addition of a 12 inch color touchscreen interface and foot pedal control. Additional features include a custom report generator and a high magnification color camera system.

The PT-5KG is an economical and easy-to-use solution for meeting optical fiber proof testing requirements.  It also doubles as a general purpose fiber respooler. The 1-meter long proof test zone uses a dual capstan design to provide continuous tension testing with a settable range of 50 - 5000 grams. The winding speed can be as high as 200 meters/minute. Separate tension control is provided in the payoff and takeup sections. The system features a touchscreen interface with Ethernet or USB ports for downloading test data.
